My concern is with the details of the report

There are discrepancies between it and the financials not limited to the following.

"We have yet to purchase any property and have a very limited operating history."

And yet in the financial report it shows that they have a value assigned under a property. Not sure if its a miss but its a big one if so. That means they do not have the 8 Mile property.
