Rounding high and assuming $1 common and $1.25 warrants (19M of ea.) then fully diluted at the end is about ~ 98M shares.

If, and I say IF we could somehow price em at 1.50 and 1.75 for the warrants, then fully diluted at the end would be closer to 95M. I like that much better. C'mon gang
