As $GE deleverages by selling off assets, its also reducing its revenues, book value, EPS, etc. Basically the reduction in share price isn't necessarily the result of anything nefarious / underhanded by Culp, just the result of it becoming a more healthy operation. So Markopolos can be wrong about fraud, and "erroneously" right about the directional share price.

In 2017 Buffett dumped Berkshire's $GE holdings.
