I am going to make a call right here right now.: The FDA’s upcoming Tobacco Conference scheduled for 10/28-10/29 which has been set up and organized with the sole purpose to help guide tobacco companies on how to file for new future PMTA’s will indeed lay the groundwork for the FDA’s upcoming NPRM. I am also going to make the call that the FDA can then safely drop NPRM bomb on Big Tobacco on 10/31....yes indeed, Halloween ??. Trick or Treat Big Tobacco???? BT will at that point understand the new rules of engagement set up by the FDA and these new rules of engagement for new products will officially become public. I think they deliver in October(barring congressional impeachment delays) but that it will come the final day of the month.....GLTA
