There was another new issuance of common shares on September 9, 2019, as a subsequent event. The Company issued 10,000,000 unrestricted common shares to Mammoth Corporation for a debt conversion that allowed for unrestricted shares to be issued under 4(a)(1). The shares were issued at a discount to their then fair market value of $.0175.


This could be driving the price down, with these MM's.
