Why would a late filing make everything false, just a delay. It's normal to see extensions during acquisitions.
I admit, expected them to be on time. There's a lot of moving parts currently.
Same effect as posting unaudited then correcting them 5 days later. I would rather see the late notice than false figures.

I also suspected if they were filing late there is more coming, win win. GLTA, SGMD.
