The SEC has been cracking down on delinquent SEC reporting tickers all summer so this comes as no surprise. IFLM is not an SEC reporting company per their 15-12G filing, which means that unless there is an absolutely egregious pump the SEC is unlikely to interfere. We are in the midst of a legitimate control dispute which is a far cry from an egregious pump.

I look forward to Jake gaining control and turning this into a fully reporting company in the near future.
