TMM promised DFI, then DFMI, preferred shares (such as the North Star Ventures deal) if they would finance and pay TMM's bills. They did and the loyal shareholders were screwed royally.
Jump ahead 13 years and TMM launches a lawsuit over IP that they claim THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED IN. Not to mention, with a little investigation, they would have known they didn't own it (per the 2002 Ventura County courts). Too much BS to wade through here
