Thank you, Phx
I remember when they were debt free and had 37 million to build the process plant and go into production. That did not work out so well.

But there was a lot of buzz about what was in the Lucerne underground project and it seemed as if Tonogold would find and develop it.
Now it looks like Lucerne underground is a bust.
The link you shared had this in it, In consideration, Tonogold has agreed to the early termination of the Joint Venture Agreement entered into by the parties in October 2017, which provided Tonogold with the right to earn a 51% interest in the Lucerne project. Under the January 2019 agreement, termination of the JV arrangement was to occur at Closing, when Tonogold assumes 100% ownership of Lucerne project. and the money from Tonogold is going towards the 100% rights to explore and mine the Storey county claims.
Maybe I am reading this wrong but I see the Lucerne as not included in this new agreement, Comstock and Tonogold have agreed to separate these two components.
Well at least it got explored without costing Comstock anything. And TNGL will be footing the bill for exploring the northern prospects.

I'm still looking for a steady income stream to put a stop to dilution.
