Arcaro just preps the shell then sells it to a private company to R/M. What that company does in terms of managing their business is up to them.

I don't plan to hold any stock in the OTC for more than 1-2 years and I doubt I'll hold this much more than 1-2 months after the 8k R/M news hits.

If you're marrying stocks you're an idiot in the first place. Don't fall in love with them. Just trade'm and make $$.
