Not a lot to get exited about in the 10-K

I didn't see any material new POSITIVE developments. Just the repeated mention of them not having enough capital to really do anything.

I'm still puzzled why they haven't signed up some revenue generating deals for XactDose. Alain made it sound like something was forthcoming last year. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since Alain didn't deliver on anything that he promised.

I suppose at this point the only news item that could jump start the stock is the awarding of a US patent, but timing on that is indeterminate.
