Land Agent: Is Exxon's CEO to be believed? Don't tell me he has a Board to respond to. Enron's CEO had a BOD to respond to, also. I didn't think the books looked right, so I brought it up here. I had a right to. I'm a shareholder, not a rug. The issue appears to be addressed favorably. So far, Mr. Fox has done nothing to earn my mistrust. I am impressed with what he has achieved so far. That being said, I'm not ready to walk behind him with the mute devotion of a barefoot Sikh gun-bearer. If he does the right thing here he'll be able to sleep the sleep of the wealthy righteous...robber barons all look so bleary-eyed to me. Don't you agree?
