News out of Korea today claims the BK Consortium and Bithumb deal is most likely dead, and if thats the case, then the Blockchain Industries Inc. (BCII), BXA, Bithumb deal would be off as well.

Question is could this possibly leave the door open for a backdoor listing for Bithumb though seriesOne/MVXM instead...??
