Hypur is more or less a software Company that could fetch 2.5x of sales. Blue Line not so much. So again....the play is not Blue Line failing...the play is for Hypur be it similar. If you are in the Industry then you should know what is going on in these "early" markets currently(like Colorado). Other Security firms have had to diversify and do private security to cope. Other types of businesses have had to cope as well..be it accountants etc.
The reason I follow it so much is because I would like to pull the trigger at some point. I also want to see how the related party debt is handled going forward.."as in" .. how are they going to get their investment back. One way is selling the assets or merging in...part or both. I want to see it conclude and it would be wonderful to make serious bank with little money down if possible. It's that simple.
