I'm assuming he is referring to the shareholders of record which have all seen losses since the split. You might be the only guy on here that somehow thinks this R/S was a positive and your investment didn't just get destroyed.

Assuming you had $1,000 invested here (bought at the lowest point) your investment is worth about $150 today excluding fees. In another week or so that most likely will be under $100. So I tend to agree with this guys take.
