We_are at_the same_exact spot_we were_in 2012
and anyone who tells you different is full of shit. The only difference between now and 2012 is the 2017 Merger/Mugging stripped of us 70% (at the very minimum) our original investment money... everything else is the same. Same government deadlock/inaction, same no mining permit, same no investment in us, same Chilean government once-a-year nationalization versus no-nationalization threat, same deadcat-bouncing management, same continuing slow-death/rape. Nothing has changed.
