LMFAO look around why don't ya! Even PubCo's not trading on the QB and not full SEC Reporting/Registered filers are still subject to the SEC's 1933 act rules & regulations, hence why 100's and 100's of delinquent filers have been suspended over the past 2 to 3 years haha!

And I find it comical how many so-called longs are constantly preaching negativity all because they're mad that VYST hasn't quite yet officially completed their long awaited financial foundation and embarked on their long anticipated commercialization era directly ahead.

The fact is you and every other impatient holder has had 8 full months to decide if you think there's any potential here. So keep preaching about all the supposed doom & gloom.
