I'd say that what you posted is accurate. Like I've said before, nothing can be considered fact until it is made public in a PR or (much more preferably) a filing. All that this rampant speculation is doing is causing confusion. People posting about conversations they had with either company could be telling the complete truth, spreading BS, or somewhere in between. We have no way of knowing, so I won't make decisions based on it. Right now, it's just play the trade until we get more info from the source.
