The intent is not to get rid of the company, just the CEO and Don Freddy for their lies and fraudulent activity. Fairly certain there is a credible team that can manage film distribution to take over. Shareholders don't have to take the fall for Eric's actions. However, according to a recent post and blog, 28 out of 32 shareholders are running this company by committee. They might have liability too.

I guess we will see in a year or two.
