The shares were locked up for 10 days during a transfer of domicile from Canada to the US during the Exxe Group reverse merger into Telecorp acquiring softsmart in the process. The news attracted lots of traders but there should have been no shares to trade. So while the previous shareholders in TLNUF couldn’t sell their shares there were shares being traded and where they came from is a matter of debate. It wasn’t Papa and Mahomes.

Now you have high interest from traders coming in and only a handful of shares to trade. The price went up very fast topping out at 0.37. It came all the way down to 0.10 I believe once shareholders were free to sell and after that in the neighborhood of 0.06. Once it got to 0.01 range there was the fat finger trade. So you see a 52 wk high of 1.12 or something.
This seems like a more likely reason for the volatility in the stock last year rather than two iHub pumpers but I don’t know.
