Other way around. The Company only had to notify if they were initiating the RS.

Tiny sliver of a chance it can even still happen, but until the expiry date passes the possibility no matter how unlikely it is available.

The silence likely means the proposed 10000-1 has served its purpose and is no longer necessary for reasons soon to be disclosed when the company decides is the right time
