No way.... the notes converting are from mgci.... new notes start in oct for FLES. This is part of taking over a ticker with a new company you have to get all the old debt off the books. Granted they have taken some more notes since. I think they have every intention of getting the q’s out getting current bringing the pps up so notes in the future take less shares to convert. Just my 2 cents.
