Nothing stops them from buying more shares since they are event driven hedge fund they may end up owning 25% stake in hmny
This is ripe for an activist to come to the table n unlock share holder value.

Whats going to stop studios like Warner Bros, Fox, Disney etc from bidding for the assets?
