PROOF - Warrants are illegal using the Black Scholes method

The price warrants was to be determined by the Black Scholes method which takes the average closing price of a ten day period. In this case the warrants were issued at .0001 ( one thousandth) of a penny.

This is complete fraud as the common shares of FNF were trading between .18 and .25c when the warrants were issued.
