The way this moves, the extra 1.25 million shares are going to get chomped on by lunchtime and then there will be a full on running of the bulls back up to IPO price. Other than the underwriters cashing in their shares, insiders aren’t going to want to exercise their options so low when they know they can sell at much higher.
