Yes, ADRs are a way for foreign companies to list in the US.

Over 80% of my investible capital is in stock and bond mutual funds.(Used to be 70% but my IPIX loss has mathematically shifted that.) The remainder I invest in individual company stocks, and 3 are biotech. I track the commercial progress of these individual investments carefully, because you have to. And that takes time. I have so much time (and capital) invested in IPIX that, while a sunk cost, I am personally committed to seeing it through. But you can see why I too have little interest in taking on another biotech investment. It's a lot of work. BTW my other two are doing much better in share value than IPIX. Then again, they were better funded and did not have a third of their pipeline fail. Not yet :)

A few days ago I posted what I thought was going on with B-OM when reconciling the company PR comments, Leo's meeting comments, and the AS RFN. What is your view? Think we're gonna see a non-Alfasigma B-OM deal by mid-Nov? Why, or why not? I give it a good chance.
