Who can help me understand a new convertible that has a warrant attached having the same value plus the company had to reserve 2.4 billion to cover the note............which maxs out the A/S which screams R/S but 'the company got a million from the note..........so why do a R/S , why not let supply versus demand play out a few weeks to give the share price a chance to improve so as to take the sting out of any possible need of a R/S
