IMO they are not happening and have served their purpose.

It doesn't really matter either way as historically the impact of spin-offs on share price is negligible and often there is no impact and the stock stays on trend

All that matters is Monday comes and goes with no RS as thats the best sign the period of extreme toxic financing comes to an end. That's the bottom line as far as share price have a chance to move north with positive news
