Before you worry about shorting, you should consider liquidating your long position. Not only is a share price of $0.0018 not laughable, it's not a question of if, but of when.

Consider this, if 164,000,000 million shares, at $0.00073, covered about $121,000 in debt, how many billions of shares will be required to satisfy the about $5,000,000 of existing debt and the millions of future debt?
