More website research. Looks like company had an original "French" website as you can tell by the way logistics is spelled on this "small business" type created website:

"Logistique" is French for "Logistics" ... Looks like when Exxe Group bought out DIONI they then utilized their in-house resources of Softsmart Corp. to revamp the website to a more global accepted language of English using "logistics" and changed the domain name as well to give it a proper ".com" (tilda.ws is like wix IMO).
