My 2M+ shares/votes will wait on news from now until December. As of right now, the company needs to show consistency, show profit and less talking of promises. I was finally pleased to see a good last quarter and hope that it continues. If the profits are going to explode quarter after quarter, why the extra shares? More information is needed. The bad news for people who are going to vote no, the board & company owns over 40% of the outstanding shares. So, this is probably a go through the process to show we care about your opinion.
