Absolutely True, Shares can not be borrowed to sell short with an order already on them. I have mine set for $100 a share.

Almost 100 million now short. As CLF continued to be ripped off by wall street fraudulent bankers.

This dive to 7 is a well designed rip off scam. The Central banks are selling off stocks that they don't own. These shorting schemes have to end. The losers will have to pay the dividend and why they shorted even further down. Selling away is illegal but the thieves have to have paid off FINRA or they would be ordered off this stock for selling away securities.

Lorenco needs to either buy back more shares or raise the dividend to something more serious than peanuts.
