North Springs Resources Corp., (NSRS) IS CURRENT , and has posted on OTC Market to the public for the last few months. Otc markets has been showing the company as “Dark, no information” This is not correct, the company has posted the last four Quarterly Statements, Annual Reports, Disclosure Statements and an Attorney Opinion Letter/Legal Opinion stating the Company is CURRENT according to standard disclosure Guidelines for an OTC Pinksheet company. North Springs has been fully approved by DTCC and there are no chills or holds of any kind by DTC or the SEC. Any Investor, Holder, Potential Investor , Trader, etc.. Can trade the stock symbol all day long without any issues. Otcmarkets has made it hard to deposit share certificates in US accounts because of their incorrect information. Potential investors can talk to their brokers who also use SEC/EDGAR websites and those like Reuters platforms, to get pertinent information on trading companies, they could answer any questions you may have.
