It isn't a scam it,it and was a scam, past tense the company is long gone already. This was BS Lying Yates stock trading dilution company. Started out with a very small Authorized and grew into a massive amount of AS shares over the years. Couldn't pay his bills because he ran out of shares to dilute from easy as that to explain.
