MMTIF management seems to think this is significant and i would like to know more about this. Someone seems to have a great deal of confidence that paying 5 cents a share and holding the shares for 4 months is a good deal.

The only conclusion i can draw from this unexplained action is that someone is trying to help the company. In other words, someone past up buying much less expensive shares in the public market while being satisfied to hold shares at a higher price without being able to sell them for 4 months

The way this was done sends a message about MMTIF's future in my opinion. I wonder who purchased these shares?
