Its an unwritten rule,bad news after close on Friday.

Think of it like this , if you want the attention of investors with good news you would publish it Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday so you would get the most exposure, the most 'bang for your news/buck'.

Bad news you do after the close on Friday.

It seems like good news,but it can't be because of the timing.

Anyways, we will see: if the stock goes down on Monday, Tuesday I will give the nod to your idea and likewise I am sure if CYDY makes new lows you will do the same.
