Oops. My bad. Here's the paragraph I signed.

They keep changing the rules to keep the lawyers and accountants fully employed.

I'm still waiting to hear that they've finished writing the regulations for the JOBS act. One of the provisions, as I recall, was supposed to be that direct investments in a small cap company, held for more than 5 years, would be exempt from Federal capital gains taxes. Figured I'd check next year or so to see how to take advantage of that. I think my son would like to sell some of his stock.
