Hi Phx,

I see why you said Comstock would be carrying TNGL until the middle of next year. The remaining cash purchase price of $3.95 million will be held as a secured obligation with monthly scheduled payments of at least $650 thousand, between January 2020, and June 2020.

Do you think that means they won't have the cash on hand to go into production after the 15th?
