Nope, not enough volume today with this up tick in price from technicals is what gave it away for me. Something defiantly smells very fishy here and I'm not falling for it. I suggest others do the same before diving into this on Monday. This looks like an attempt to manipulate the price per share up just at the end of the day today. There was zero zero zero news or filings by HDC.
Probably a trader who purchased a boat load of hdvy shares in the sub penny range back a few years ago at .006 !!!
