It's up to current and prospective shareholders to determine if $BRGO is a buy, hold, or sell. That's a market issue.
If $BRGO continues to consume more capital than it generates, it will rightly continue to collapse in share price. That is in part due to management choices (some factors are macro and are beyond management control).
I'll check the numbers later, however my gut instinct says $BRGO generates gross revenue of around $0.12 / share at this time without any further dilution. That's distinct from profits/earnings, so please don't be confused.
