Quick question for a general consesus


I know we were all waiting as patiently as we could for the 8k to drop....but dropping it near the close on a Friday I felt wasnt the best timing

Do you agree that an 8k or material news would be better released Premarket so it is fresh in peoples minds for impact?

I think management is relatively new to this concept as well....and I know they read this forum....so maybe some constructive feedback would assist them as well


It was an outstanding 8k

Not only did the Outstanding Shares get reduced....which Im assuming also means the Public Float is also reduced....but the shares were retired....reducing the Authorized shares and leaving NO ROOM for Dilution

Very Bold and confident.....it tells me they are VERY comfortable with their financial situation and can finance projects without selling shares to do it
