And AGAIN ,item 16 of this transaction states that the funds are to be used for obligations to board listees. When I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago -one individual stated that that monies were for investment and
buying down debt . The MONIES continue to be used to pay salaries and
maybe some debt-the bulk is used for self enrichment and DILUTION
continues to be the primary method of paying for loans -the pps is
deceptive -considering that the loans carry interest charges ,which
cover the pps differential and then it is dumped on the open market
and the trading agencies get UNCONTROLED transaction fees - they have ties
to the lenders -SMOKE AND MIRRORS
