When the company plans to do a massive reverse split (even for OTC standards) they need significant news or events. Given that the exit strategy for market makers is through yield spreads they need to get in front of “significant news” It also means Sabby has done additional rounds of financing that we have not yet been told about. Probably will be a part of whatever the “significant news”will be
