I don't think this is scam POS company
they just couldn't handle this auditor resign due to merge and acquisition of other companies as I talked to my CPA friend asked about audit process and he replied in this situation of MDTR audit should take longer as new auditor have to review prior years before have current financials audit

when October comes things will be settled and as usual pattern we should go back to normal
and just let others know we won't hear anything before they clear everything and have financials up won't even take a call or respond to thousands of email because there is nothong they can give us other than they are working on it
