As of a day ago, ICLD now owns about 67% of the SGSI OS shares, SGSI has 57 Mil OS as of 2 days ago. ICLD paid about .23/share for most of SGSI and .036 for the last $800,000 ICLD collected a day ago from SGSI in shares for debt.

Huge 7:1 bid:ask volume on the .0005 by .0006 spread today, and .0007 is thin also.

Drugman thinks the PR push, canceled lawsuits and deals and merger mania starts in late November with everything in both companies renamed Wavetech Sand-Scams are Us? Right after the SGSI 10-Q is released, the PR parade starts?

Time Ponder spending our millions? LOL
