What matters to potential investors is the details as to why they no longer require a RS.

Existing shareholders already know it's cancelled.

More importantly I doubt the company wants to draw attention that they even proposed a 1 to 10000 whopper over scorned shareholders heads

Best to lift the rug and sweep it. And let the good news roll out
