Exactly, why does Franky need to have a "public company" to run? He WAS a "stinky stock" trader before becoming CEO. Franky once said it was his "experience with the OTC stocks that would make him do GREAT things here"! Or something like that was said by Franky, didn't go find the exact words. Although the words are out there!

What are the "THINGS" he was speaking of, selling worthless shares to unsuspecting traders? So far, that's all that's happened.
