Yeah, that's what's confusing to me. The label next to the value on the website translates to "paid up capital", but I'm just assuming it's what private investors have put into the company, possibly? Since there are a bunch of related companies and they all have their own "paid up capital" values and I don't know what the translation "paid up capital" means to the Taiwanese, I haven't really found the value useful. Maybe someone more familiar can shed some light on it.
