I believe Rogue also concluded that after Sept it is no longer physically possible to fail to make a 10% differential in OS. Looking back quite a ways for that calc when I did it, and I don't remember if Fosco came across it this way...

While the cue ball is not on the table it is not physically possible to perform the "scratch" behavior.

Sushi thinks I'm nuts ( at least partially ), but physics is physics, there's only so many ingredients to make so many possibilities.
