I would look at it this way. Transfer agent hasn't been paid in 4 years. No financial statements in 4 years. Not too much money can be dripping in.

Unless you see financial statements updated in which one of the 2 officers is an accountant (John Meredith) so it can't be too hard, don't believe the hype
